Specifically, the firm received final approval from the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) to establish itself as a securities agency in March. The novelty lies in the fact that it is the first ‘robo advisors’ to invest the assets of its clients solely in ETFs -traded funds that passively replicate an index-.

However, the use by other 'robo advisors' of funds instead of ETFs is due to taxation.

The funds have the option of transfer and, therefore, of tax deferral.
