How do we obtain your personal data?
You will have provided them directly or we will have accessed them as a result of your queries, requests, or contracting products at inbestMe.
What do we process your personal data for?
At Inbestme Europe Agencia de Valores, S.A. we process your identification and contact data in order to meet your requests for information about our products or services, and if you formalize a contract for any of these, we will also need to process documentation that proves your identity, residence, and family and work profile.
To comply with legal obligations for tax, accounting and social security purposes, and for the prevention of fraud or money laundering, or other requirements by Financial Regulatory Authorities and Supervisory Agencies, it will also be necessary to process your identification, contact, financial, or other data relating to your personal and professional profile. The purpose of this treatment is the need to verify identity, activity, age and credit, to prevent fraud and money laundering, to report as required by supervisory bodies and in compliance with obligations concerning tax details.
We may use your email, in the event that you give us your consent for sending commercial communications and/or our weekly Newsletter.
To carry out treatment other than the above, it may be necessary to obtain your express consent, in which case you will be informed, clearly and in detail, when necessary, and you may deny or revoke such information, at that time, later or at any time, without it being retroactive.
How long will we keep your data?
We will retain your data as long as the purpose for which it was collected is ongoing. When it is no longer required for such purposes, we will retain any data locked for the legally established periods as may be required to address any issue relating to its treatment, generally up to 10 years, in compliance with obligations regarding the prevention of money laundering. After these legal deadlines expire, the personal data will be deleted applying such security measures that guarantee their total destruction.
On what legal basis do we process your data?
Refusal to authorize the treatment of your data would mean it would be impossible to provide the service.
Who will your data be transferred to?
Your data will not be shared with any third parties except under legal requirement and except for service providers whose activity is necessary to fulfil the contractual obligations that we have undertaken with you, and in any case, in accordance with legally established security standards. In any case, we guarantee that any access to your data will only be if essential for such purposes as directed by inbestMe.
Finally, we inform you that the financial institutions which we transfer data to in order to carry out payment operations may be obliged to provide information about such transactions to the authorities and official bodies of other countries to counter the financing of terrorism and organized crime, and the prevention of money laundering.
What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Further to your right to be informed as in this clause, you are entitled to the following rights:
– Right of access to ascertain what data of yours is being treated, for what purposes, their source and whether we convey it or have conveyed it to any third parties;
– Right to rectify your data when it is incomplete or inaccurate;
– Right to erasure of your data if the purpose for which you provided it is no longer valid, if the treatment is not lawful, or if your revoke consent, and other provisions of law;
– Right to portability, to receive your data in a structured electronic format and of common use, and to transmit such data to another data controller;
