Lawyer and Economist, member of Barcelona Lawyers and the Barcelona College of Economists. He has been a professor of Business Taxation (UAB). Administrator in the Commercial Courts of Barcelona and partner of Cuatrecasas. He has extensive experience in corporate counseling for companies and business groups, business restructuring planning processes, acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures.
