inbestMe’s mission is to revolutionize private banking with personalized digital investment tools, making services more accessible and tailored for everyone. They offer independent and personalized investment plans, seeking a better way to invest: simple, transparent, independent, ESG and low-cost.

It consists of a convertible loan, meaning that instead of investing and getting your shares immediately, in this round the funds will be transferred directly to the company and the shares will be issued in the future when the financing round ends (beyond crowdfunding). A convertible allows companies to raise funds without having to establish a valuation.
